Product Updates

Project based skills verification 🔥🔥 

Many companies use a standardized way of testing candidates on skills verification.

But is that really the best way to assess whether a candidate has the right skills?

Some people don’t test well… Some believe this isn’t the right way to know if an engineer is qualified or not. Most times, senior engineers won’t even take those tests.

So we’re recreating skills verification to be project based. 

  • FOR COMPANIES: Provide a job description of an open role(s) you have.

  • FOR CANDIDATES: Provide a resume + answer a few questions

  • Share the top 3 non-negotiable skills you’re looking for

  • Provide a code sample or requirement of what you would like to assess.

  • Sit back, relax, and we’ll provide you with the curated matches soon. Our verification process will provide a more streamline way to be accurately matched.

What better way to bring immediate value then to remove some of those hectic hours spent on vetting so you can focus on some more important work.

Product Timeline

Matching pipeline: NOW

If you have active roles or have discussed pre-onboarding, this week will be the start of creating a curated pipeline of matches. Shortly after this email, I’ll DM directly on how to get the process going.

MVP Version 1.0: May 2023

Our platform will be ready for an open beta launch, and will be excited to have you try out the platform. Our Smart Job Board and Code Verifier will be the first features launched to help expedite the top of funnel hiring process.

What we’re measuring as success

🔍 In order for this to work we realize our key performance indicators are:

👉️ Matching accuracy

👉️ Simplicity & effort

👉️ Opportunity costs

We want to work with you early stage on helping you achieve agility, so tracking these metrics will be important for us to provide continuous value.

  • Code verifier to decrease dev times needed in interviews

  • 1-click scheduler with Calendly API

  • ATS Integrations to avoid duplicating operational work
